Cancellation Policy

I know that sometimes you have to cancel your appointment with me. If this happens I will try to always be as accommodating as possible.

Please understand that late cancellations significantly impact me as I am unable to book in another client at such short notice.

Therefore my cancellation policy stipulates that any cancellations made 24 hours before the arranged appointment need to be RESCHEDULED not cancelled. 

Any 'no show' clients will result in a charge of 100% of the treatment price I am afraid.
